Yemen is currently facing the largest humanitarian crisis in the world with more than 24 million people (according to UNICEF) - roughly 80 percent of the population - in need of humanitarian aid, including more than 12 million children.
The country is already facing FAMINE, five years of WAR and LIMITED ACCESS to HEALTH CARE!
Despite the conflict going on since 2015, there has been little to no media coverage on it.
With COVID-19 spreading rapidly,Yemen is facing an emergency within an emergency. Sanitation and clean water are in short supply and only half of the health facilities are functioning. Many facilities have a lack of basic supplies and are in desperate need of help.
According to the United Nations 10 million people in Yemen are one step away from Famine.
